How do we calculate the square footage?The square footage of a place is based on the two points in the Built Up with the total area of the land. The built up area is the measurement of the total area of the construction done and the plot area in the depth & width of the total plot size. It includes the basement area and not the garage and bonus space.

How will we get our drawings?Once we are done with your ideation and planning, we will prepare the drawings of 3D Elevations, maps, and much more. After getting all the drawings done, we will deliver you the soft copy via mail and WhatsApp also.

How much it takes to get the designs finalized?Once you purchase the plan, we will contact you and send you a questionnaire through which we will understand your requirements. We will assign a representative for your project and he/she will coordinate all your requirements. Once the requirement is recived he/she will immediately share your project with a senior project manager. In the next 48 hours, we will deliver you the first draft of the plan.
